If you need to cancel your reservation, please take into account our Cancellation Policy
Circumstances such as bad weather, illnesses, plan changes, travel changes, flight delays, etc., cannot be considered if the customer fails to cancel reservation at least 7 days before the day of arrival. Thus, if a confirmed booking is cancelled less than 7 days before the day of arrival, partial or full compensation is charged according to the table below.
The cancellation fee is debited automatically from the credit card.
If need arises, we reserve the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better unit.
